Ingredients
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 minced clove garlic
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 stalk celery chopped ½ cup
¾ cup fresh mushrooms sliced
2 cups cooked white rice
¾ cup matchstick carrots chopped
½ cup frozen peas
¾ cup chopped broccoli
¼ cup green onions sliced/chopped
Direction
In small bowl combine eggs a 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Set aside.
- In a Wok or large skillet heat 1 or 2 teaspoon sesame oil medium heat. Add garlic and egg mixture to scramble. When cooked remove egg mixture and set aside.
- Pour 1 tablespoon cooking oil in Wok. Medium high heat. Stir fry celery in oil for a minute. Add mushrooms. Stir fry for a minute or two.
- Add rice, brocolli, carrots and peas. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Cook and stir for 4 to 6 minutes. Add cooked egg mixture and green onions. Stir and heat until heated through.
Note: Add shrimp, Chinese pork, or chicken if you want.
